Bought these Rockport boots in UK 7 and they’re decent for the price. The leather feels okay, though not premium. They fit true to size and the waterproof feature actually works – wore them through a rainy commute. Not sure how they compare to helen andrews brands, but for under $15, they’re a solid basic boot. Could be sturdier, but good value overall.
